1. What PickedCo is. PickedCo is a deal-discovery publication: we research products sold on AliExpress and link you to the seller's page. We are not a store. We do not sell, stock, ship, price, or warrant any product.

2. Affiliate relationship (FTC disclosure). PickedCo participates in the AliExpress affiliate program. If you buy through a link on this site, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This is how the site stays free. Our picks are ranked by ratings, order volume, and usefulness - never by commission size. See our Affiliate Disclosure page.

3. Prices and availability. All prices, discounts, ratings, and stock states are pulled from AliExpress and may change or be personalized by region, currency, or account. We work to keep listings accurate but make no guarantee of any figure shown.

4. Your purchase. Checkout, payment, shipping, returns, refunds, warranties, and disputes happen entirely between you and the AliExpress seller under their terms. Contact the seller through your AliExpress order page for any order issue.

5. Eligibility. The site is intended for users aged 18 and over. If you are under 18, please use it only with a parent or guardian.

6. Acceptable use. Do not misuse the site: no scraping that harms performance, no copying our content wholesale, no attempting to disrupt the service, and no unlawful use of anything you find here.

7. Intellectual property and copyright. Site text, layout, and logos belong to PickedCo unless credited otherwise; product images and trademarks belong to their sellers. Sharing links is welcome. If you believe content here infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with 'Copyright' in the subject, identify the material, and we will act promptly.

8. Newsletter and privacy. Subscribing means you agree to receive deal emails from [email protected]; unsubscribe anytime with one click. How we handle data is in our Privacy Policy.

9. No warranties. The site is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PickedCo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, nor for any purchase made through a linked seller.

11. Indemnity. You agree to hold PickedCo harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these terms.

12. Severability and changes. If any clause is unenforceable, the rest stand. We may update these terms; the effective date above always shows the current version. Continued use means acceptance.
